Financial Assistance:
The Norton Children's Fund Commission offers financial assistance to families with children under 18 living in Andover.  If your family would benefit from financial support to help pay for school materials, holiday, birthday gifts, and clothes etc., for your children, you can complete the digital application below, or click on the mail-in application below, click on the green link on this webpage  'NCFC Application for Financial Assistance' or pick up a mail-in application at the town office or food pantry to receive support.
