Town Administrator

The Town Administrator's office will be closed on November 28th, 2023.

Eric Anderson, Town Administrator

• Longtime resident and homeowner, born and raised in Andover
• Oversees all town departments (except the Andover Elementary School)
• Responsible for management and long term planning in conjunction with CIP of town assets.
• Roadwork, Buildings, Equipment, Civic Improvements

Kate Morrissey, Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will be out of the office from November 21st, 2023 through December 4th, 2023.

• Oversees Agenda, Packet and Minutes for Board of Selectman and the Board of Finance
• Manages town wide communication 
• Manages town website and social media
• Helps with community events
• Boards & Commissions liaison 
• Produces the Annual Report
