Town Clerk

The Clerk's Office will open at 9:30 AM on Monday, June 15th, 2026

From June 22nd to July 3rd, 2026 the clerk's office will have reduced hours. Please CALL before visiting.

Andover Land Records are now available online.  Records date back to January 1, 1848.  Printing is permitted via a fee-based subscription.  This link is on the town clerk page of the town of Andover website. 

Note to Andover residents – residential land records can be obtained at the Town Clerks Office at no cost to residents.
