Zoom event: "The Evolution of the Wedding Gown"

The Andover Public Library cordially invites you to join us via Zoom as we enter the world of brides from the past, and learn about what they wore on their first day of marriage. We will discuss both celebrity and royal weddings, as well as those of the less-famous. Vintage videos will help to bring these weddings to life. Our guide for this glamorous foray into former wedding finery is Karen Antonowicz, a former educator on the history of Fashion at the Rhode Island School of Design, and someone who has a passion for historic costume. This should be a fun virtual program on Zoom. Join us!
