COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Clinic

Age 65+ can now receive the Booster Vaccine, as well as, any age with underlying issues.
Moderna and Pfizer available at the Vaccine Clinic hosted by CVS.

Please bring your insurance card to the clinic. CERT team will be at the clinic to direct traffic or assist in anyway needed.
