Tax Collector

The Town Hall can only accept CASH or CHECK payments. Credit/debit card payments must be made online.

During April 2024, And May 1st, 2024 Wednesday hours will be 2pm-4pm.

There are NO releases of any kind available when the office is closed. Please plan accordingly.

The 2023 Grand List year Tax bills will be mailed the last week of June, 2024. NO payments will be accepted before July 1st, 2024.

It is highly recommended that you do NOT use online bank check pay to pay your taxes. These checks come in without a USPS post mark, therefore if they arrive to the office late, by state statute they must be considered a late payment. If you do use this method PLEASE make sure you update your bill information with every payment you send. We often receive checks with an improper bill number and this can also delay the processing of your payment.

Most departments are part time. Always CALL AHEAD prior to coming to the Town Hall for any help you may need.
