Notice of Action
The Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission at their meeting held on Monday, February 03, 2020, took the following action:
IWWC 20-14: Ron’s Professional Lawn Care LLC, property owner Dianne Grenier, property located at 400 Lake Road, for a stone wall rebuild – Wetland Agent will visit the site week starting on February 9, 2020.
IWWC 20-15: Anna Glowocki, property located at 17 Lakeside Drive for a dock installation on Andover Lake – Site walk scheduled for Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 9:00 AM.
IWWC 20-16: Vincent and Patricia Grimaldi, property located at 357 Lake Road to construct a new driveway over wetlands and new residential home – Previously approved administrative IWWC permit is still valid.
Philip Neubauer, 242 Hebron Road: Timber management within a wetland and associated upland review area – Timber management in upland review area permitted as of right. Wetland crossings on western trail are considered a regulated activity and will require a permit.
IWWC 19-10: Janusz Jandzinski, property located at 40 Townsend Road (M27-B20-L9A), for a residential building demolition via controlled burning – Withdrew application
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
IWWC 19-12: Town of Andover, property located at Long Hill Road and Center Street, for a project to install sidewalks and drainage improvements.
IWWC 20-13: Richard & Ellen Repay, property located at 119 Lakeside Drive, for a garage addition within 200 feet of Andover Lake.
Mathew Haggerty, Townsend Road (M-27-B21-L16A): Logging in wetlands – Timber debris will be removed from wetlands and temporary sediment controls will be installed.
Kurt Boehm, 33 Rte 87: Construction in an upland review area and deposition of material into a wetland without a permit – Site walk scheduled for Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 9:30 AM.
