REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The TOWN of ANDOVER is accepting proposals for the Revaluation of all Real Property in the TOWN, effective October 1, 2021. Those interested in providing the Revaluation Services as set forth in the TOWN’s specifications are invited to deliver 4 (four) copies of their Proposals to the Town Clerk’s Office, TOWN of ANDOVER, 17 SCHOOL ROAD, ANDOVER, CT 06232, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2020. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “001-2021 Revaluation Services”. Bid opening shall take place at the ANDOVER TOWN Hall, 17 SCHOOL ROAD, ANDOVER, CT, 06232 at 5:00 P.M. on Monday, January 27, 2020. The CONTRACTOR must submit a work plan that addresses all tasks that must be performed for the successful completion of the revaluation program. This work plan must adhere to the deadlines that have been established in the RFP. The CONTRACTOR must identify the starting dates of each task and the resources (man-hours) that will be allocated for each work activity. The Work Plan must be submitted with the fee proposal and will be considered one of the selection criteria in awarding the contract.
